We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, loved its incredible location really close to beach, restaurants old town, shopping, buses, other attractions and the old city center. Pleasant and incredibly kind staff that assisted during our GREAT stay.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, modern, and stylish, and we loved the view of the courtyard.

The staff were amicable and pleasant. The location was best possible and convenient, only 5 minutes walk to a filled park. It was next to the congress centre, the beach, restaurants, and pubs and bars and cafés.

We had hoped for a room with two beds, but ended up with a double bed instead.

I recently stayed at Pension Aia for a week-long trip to explore the city. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Idoia and Paulo, who gave me great tips on things to do and even fulfilled my extra requests. The room was clean and quiet, with all the necessary amenities like a TV and air conditioning. The shared toilets and showers were well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all my needs. The central lounge with soothing music added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The location was excellent, with many bars and restaurants nearby and Zurriola beach just a short walk away.

I do recommend this hotel.

The only minor downside was that parking in the center was a bit of a hassle. this was easily resolved by finding a spot outside the center and taking a short walk or bus ride to the hotel.
